New born baby was found dumped inside a bag around Ebira Community Secondary School (ECSS), Ogaminana, Adavi local government area, Kogi on Monday evening.

According to the information made available to us, a woman (name withheld) who has a shop opposite ECSS found the child while heading home after closing from the shop at night and took the child for proper care and along the line, report to the appropriate authorities.
The male child is currently healthy and sound as at the time of filing this report.
The informant revealed that the news of the found baby has been reported to the Adavi police division and the office of the Adavi local government chairman.
