Throughout their partnership, Manchester City and Unilever have collaboratively launched numerous campaigns that have integrated the Rexona Breaking Limits Programme. This program aims to empower young individuals with the confidence and opportunities to move as they desire. Additionally, they have conducted expansive brand campaigns that have engaged consumers and fans globally through various channels, effectively increasing brand awareness in key markets.

Unilever will also continue its collaboration with brand ambassador Julian Alvarez, who will be integrated into brand activations and consumer experiences across important markets, including Argentina.

Alvarez expressed his excitement about this collaboration, stating, “I am thrilled to be working with Rexona again, especially as it brings me and the club closer to home through this global partnership.”

As the world’s leading antiperspirant and deodorant brand, Rexona is not only proud of providing products that keep millions of people feeling fresh on the move but is also committed to a more profound mission – advocating for a world where everyone has the confidence to move freely.

Esteve Calzada, Chief Commercial Officer at City Football Group, expressed his pleasure at the renewal of the long-term partnership with Unilever’s Rexona brand. He highlighted Unilever’s enduring connection with football and praised the seamless integration of the brand with Manchester City since becoming a club partner in 2018. The partnership has expanded to include the women’s team and community programs over the past few years, and both parties look forward to continuing their fruitful relationship.

Kathryn Swallow, Global Rexona Brand Lead, shared her delight at continuing the partnership with Manchester City. She emphasized their shared goal of inspiring people to move through their mutual passion for football. Swallow also looked forward to collaborating with Julian Alvarez and the club in the upcoming season, emphasizing that they have more to offer.

In addition to the partnership extension, Rexona will maintain its in-stadium branding at both the men’s and women’s facilities and will work closely with Manchester City to provide fans with unique, money-can’t-buy experiences.
