Man Parading As Madman Reportedly Touches Two Kids With Handerkerchief, Children No Where To Be Found.
A man has been caught for allegedly touching two children with handkerchief by the people of Okengwe community in Okene local government area today, Sunday.
According to reports, the man has been seen by many people around the former Union Bank, Okengwe. The people thought the man was a mad man due to his dress sense and the way he wander about the street.
The man reportedly used handkerchief to touch some children whom their whereabout are unknown till this moment.
Efforts to question him about the whereabout of the children was proven abortive as the man refuses to talk to anyone or answer questions.
It was also noted that the man had in his possession, a very good phone and no indication shows that he is a mad man aside his dressing.
Our source revealed that necessary authorities have been contacted about the incidence.
